Professional Practice Goals
These two goals (One for teachers and one for evaluators) are in draft form. The final versions will be added to the bottom of the SMART Goal Planning Forms for individual educators.
Teacher Goal: (Draft)
Identify engaging practices currently used in my classroom/practice and areas that would benefit from increased use of these strategies in order to promote high quality learning outcomes. Increasingly integrate engagement strategies (personal response, etc) into lessons in these areas so that they are evident on a daily/weekly, etc. basis by the end of the evaluation cycle.

Identify and reinforce methods of engaging qualities (personal response, etc.) to promote high quality learning outcomes by managing time effectively to increase the frequency and impact of observations.
